Foodies say this bar and grill, tucked in a nondescript strip mall, has the most tasty wings they’ve ever tried.

They’re house-brined and served naked, fried and tossed or fried and grilled.

The sauces are extraordinary— try the Thai peanut and garlic parmesan first.

One Yelp reviewer said they were worth the 50-mile drive from Lincoln.

Omaha Magazine gave the wings at this local chain its Best of Omaha award in 2018.

The menu encourages diners to try them the Addy’s way: "tossed in sauce and then grilled for a crispy texture and the full flavor of our sauces. Just ask for them Char Buffed!"

The sauces sound like they’re worth more than one plunge; salted caramel BBQ, spicy garlic, lemon pepper and hot ranch dry run are the most intriguing.

There’s only one choice of wings at this stylish bar that specializes in craft co*cktails and small bites.

But— covered with a sweet and hot honey sambol sauce— one is all you need.

Sambol, by the way, is an Indonesian chili sauce made with secondary ingredients such as shrimp paste, garlic, ginger, shallot, palm sugar and lime juice.

That makes for very cravable wings.

During the college basketball tournament earlier this year, a local food writer created a bracket to determine the city’s best wings, and invited her followers to vote. The wings at Tracks, an unassuming midtown hangout, came in second by two points. Fans love their crispy skin, traditional Buffalo hot sauce flavor and bountiful sauce. Try them double-dipped in garlic Parmesan.

Another favorite with Omaha foodies, this late-night gem serves wings until midnight with four sauces: Korean BBQ, Buffalo, Thai sweet chili and tikka masala.

They’re cooked fresh and double-fried.

Local food blogger Dan Hoppen is partial to the “buttery and spicy” Buffalo sauce.
