How do I complete Data Confirmation/Re-registration for my student?

Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents and guardians to update student demographic, contact and medical information. This feature also allows parents to view school policies, documents, and authorizations that the school has posted in the portal. In order for the parent to access the registration page in the portal, the student must be active or pre-enrolled in the school.

If your child’s school has indicated that you should complete this process in Aeries, log in to the Aeries Parent Portal from a browser (this feature is not currently available in the Aeries App); a message will display on the Home page until you have completed the Data Confirmation process. The Data Confirmation form can also be found in the Navigation tree under Student Info.

For questions or troubleshooting when completing Data Confirmation, please contact your child’s school directly.
