Just happened to ride through Salisbury on our way to OC and found this place! What a great experience! Pete cut my sons hair exactly how he wanted it and the conversation was awesome! Turns out he was from our area and had lots of great stories to share. Was a true treat! Highly recommend!!!

More than a haircut — an experience! Pete and Dustin do a fantastic job — me and the boys get a great cut and have a great time every time we go! Pete and his son Dustin are hilarious. Thanks gentleman for making a visit to the barber so fantastic! HIGHLY recommend!

An unassuming establishment with a **PERFECT FIVE STAR RATING***!
I’m new to E. Shores and needed to get my rug trimmed and made this decision based solely on the excellent rating. Truly and old school no BS Salon, just a bunch of guys who are there to give you a great cut, heck… what more can I ask for. As soon as I stepped foot in the door Dustin greeted me, asked if I had a preference on who to cut my hair, since it was my first time, I replied anyone can. He then offered to be the one to take care me and took time to ask me exactly how I wanted it cut. He did a very good job on my hair, in addition to that, I actually had someone that can actually carry a conversation while my bottom was stuck on the chair. Pops (Pete) was on break at the time and was able to join in on the conversation and they both were able to give me pointers and recommendations for E. Shores, heck we discussed and debated several subjects, but wisely decised to stop at politics. If you were there to witness, you probably would have thought it was a conversation among three old friends. Well that’s the way it went down, came here for a trim, left with a lot more. Dustin and Pete 5 Stars!

Old School! I love it. refreshing to be in a Barbershop and not a salon! guess what? they are actually open when they say they are open unlike another shop in town. Great haircut. always dependable. thank you!

Just finished our first haircuts at Dustin and Petes and am very impressed. Smooth, clean cuts on preschoolers is no easy feat, but my boys hair looks wonderful and I am glad to have found a family-​friendly shop to frequent with short waits and kind staff. We will be going back.

Moved to the shore about 9 months ago and my boyfriend has been looking for a barber ever since. He even drove all the way back to Baltimore once to get a haircut from his regular guy. He tried a place in OC that turned out horrible. He tried Eric Ludwig’s but wasn’t impressed. But after stopping in at Dustin and Pete’s a few days ago, he has finally found his spot! He had a great cut from Pete… and enjoyed some small talk while he was there. They were quick, friendly and he will definitely be back!

Just moved to DE and found this place while exploring Salisbury. I got a great haircut at a fair price from a seasoned barber. He was training a new barber and I really enjoyed the attention he put into teaching.

Big fan of this place. It’s a family business and it was very laid back. However, that’s not to say they couldn’t seriously cut hair. I can honestly say that since moving from Philadelphia, it’s the best hair cut I’ve had. I had Dustin, but my Dad came along and Pete cut his hair. Pete is extremely skilled and informative on his craft and Dustin is gifted, as well. They could probably charge twice the price for how good of a job they do, but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me all of their cuts are $ 18. I’ll definitely be back to this shop.

Best haircut since moving to the eastern shore. If you bring a picture, it WILL be matched. Definitely recommended.
